1 · दस्तावेज़ पढ़ें — Image OCR
ऊपर Image OCR दबाइए और अपनी फ़ोटो या स्कैन चुनिए। फिर Get Typed Text दबाइए। कुछ ही सेकंड में दाईं तरफ़ टेक्स्ट आ जाएगा — जिस भाषा में दस्तावेज़ है, उसी में। कुछ भी अनुवाद नहीं होता, जैसा लिखा है वैसा ही निकलता है।
हाथ से लिखा हुआ भी पढ़ लेता है। अगर पन्ना धुँधला हो, तो फ़ोटो के नीचे Image Enhancement खोलकर सुधार लीजिए, फिर टेक्स्ट निकालिए।
2 · पुराना कृतिदेव → Unicode / English — Kruti Dev → English
ऊपर Kruti Dev → English दबाइए। कृतिदेव में टाइप की हुई अपनी Word (.docx) फ़ाइल Choose .docx file से चुनिए। वह तुरंत Unicode हिंदी में बदल जाएगी — बीच के English शब्द (जो Arial / Times में टाइप थे) ज्यों के त्यों रहेंगे। यह हिस्सा मुफ़्त है और फ़ाइल आपके ब्राउज़र से बाहर नहीं जाती।
Word से कॉपी करके बॉक्स में paste भी कर सकते हैं, पर सबसे सही नतीजा .docx फ़ाइल डालने से आता है। पुरानी .doc फ़ाइल हो तो पहले Word में Save As → .docx कर लीजिए।
Unicode हिंदी एक बार पढ़कर जाँच लीजिए, फिर Translate to English दबाइए। कानूनी English में अनुवाद आ जाएगा — नाम, तारीख़, रकम और नंबर वैसे ही रहेंगे। लंबा दस्तावेज़ पेज-दर-पेज अनुवाद होता है; हर महीने कुछ पेज मुफ़्त हैं।
3 · कृतिदेव में बदलें
नीचे Smart Font Converter तक जाइए और Convert दबाइए। हिंदी कृतिदेव में बदल जाएगी, और अंग्रेज़ी शब्द व विराम-चिह्न जैसे हैं वैसे ही रहेंगे।
फिर DOCX दबाकर फ़ाइल खोल लीजिए। फ़ॉन्ट उसी फ़ाइल के अंदर पहले से सेट हैं।
⚠ Word में टेक्स्ट सेलेक्ट करके फ़ॉन्ट मत बदलिए — इसी से सब टूट जाता है। फ़ाइल जैसी खुले, वैसी ही इस्तेमाल कीजिए।
4 · दस्तावेज़ लिखवाएँ — Legal Document Writer
Legal Document Writer दबाइए, फिर दस्तावेज़ चुनिए — किरायानामा, मुख़्तारनामा, विक्रय-पत्र या शपथ पत्र। भाषा में हिंदी या English चुनिए, कॉलम भरिए और Write Document दबाइए।
सिर्फ़ उतने ही कॉलम दिखेंगे जितने आपके चुने हुए दस्तावेज़ के लिए ज़रूरी हैं। जैसे विक्रय-पत्र में "फ्लैट" चुनने पर फ्लैट वाले कॉलम आएँगे, और "कृषि भूमि" चुनने पर खसरा-जमाबंदी वाले।
आप जो भरते हैं वो अपने-आप सुरक्षित होता रहता है — पेज या ब्राउज़र बंद हो जाए तो भी दोबारा खोलने पर मिल जाएगा।
तैयार दस्तावेज़ उसी जगह आ जाता है जहाँ OCR का टेक्स्ट आता है — वहीं सुधार लीजिए, कृतिदेव में बदल लीजिए, और डाउनलोड कर लीजिए।
दो ज़रूरी बातें
⚠ यहाँ बना हर दस्तावेज़ केवल प्रारूप (ड्राफ़्ट) है। इस्तेमाल या निष्पादन से पहले किसी अधिवक्ता से जाँच और आवश्यक सुधार अवश्य करा लें।
कृतिदेव सही दिखने के लिए वो फ़ॉन्ट आपके अपने कंप्यूटर पर लगा होना चाहिए। ज़्यादातर टाइपिस्ट और कोर्ट के कंप्यूटरों पर वो पहले से होता है।
How to use TypeDeskAI
1 · Read a document — Image OCR
Tap Image OCR at the top and choose a photo or scan. Press Get Typed Text. The text appears on the right in the language of the document — nothing is translated, it comes out exactly as written.
Handwriting works too. If a page is faint, open Image Enhancement under the preview and adjust before extracting.
2 · Old Kruti Dev → Unicode / English — Kruti Dev → English
Tap Kruti Dev → English and choose your Kruti Dev typed Word (.docx) file with Choose .docx file. It turns into Unicode Hindi at once — English words typed in Arial / Times in between stay exactly as they are. This step is free and the file never leaves your browser.
You can also copy from Word and paste into the box, but uploading the .docx gives the best result. For an old .doc file, first use Save As → .docx in Word.
Read the Unicode Hindi once, then tap Translate to English for a legal-English translation — names, dates, amounts and numbers are kept as written. Long documents are translated page by page; a few pages a month are free.
You can press Stop at any point — whatever has been extracted stays.
3 · Convert to Kruti Dev
Scroll to Smart Font Converter and press Convert. Hindi turns into Kruti Dev while English words and punctuation stay as they are.
Then press DOCX and open the file. The fonts are already set inside it.
⚠ Do not select the text in Word and change the font — that is exactly what breaks it. Use the file as it opens.
4 · Write a document — Legal Document Writer
Tap Legal Document Writer, choose the document (Rent Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale Deed or Affidavit), choose Hindi or English, fill in the details and press Write Document.
Only the fields relevant to your choice are shown — pick "Flat" in a sale deed and you get flat fields, pick "Agricultural land" and you get khasra and jamabandi instead.
What you type is saved automatically, so a closed tab or browser does not lose your work.
The draft lands in the same editor as the OCR text — edit it there, convert it to Kruti Dev, and download it.
Two things worth knowing
⚠ Every document generated here is a first draft. It must be checked and corrected by an advocate before it is used or executed.
Kruti Dev must be installed on your own computer for the preview and the DOCX to display correctly. On most typist and court computers it already is.

What the service does
TypeDeskAI extracts text from images, converts Unicode Hindi to Kruti Dev encoding and Kruti Dev back to Unicode, translates Hindi text into English, and generates first drafts of certain legal documents. It uses third-party AI services to do this.

Documents produced by this service are preliminary drafts only. They are not legal advice, not a substitute for an advocate, and not ready for execution or registration as generated.
You must have every document checked and, where necessary, corrected by a qualified advocate before it is signed, executed, submitted or registered. Stamp duty, registration and attestation requirements differ from State to State and are your responsibility to verify.
Extracted text may contain errors. Please compare it against the original before relying on it, particularly for names, dates, figures and identifiers.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for the lawful use of anything the service produces. You agree not to use the service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or to upload material you have no right to use.
Limits of our liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Durva AI Private Limited is not liable for any loss arising from the use of drafts or extracted text, including errors, omissions, or a document being rejected by any authority.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the specific service in question.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Privacy Policy
What happens to your documents
Images are sent to our server only to be read, and are used only to produce your text. Kruti Dev Word files are converted to Unicode inside your browser and are never uploaded; only the Unicode Hindi text you choose to translate is sent to our server, one page at a time, to produce the English translation.
Details you type into the Legal Document Writer are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your draft.
We do not sell your documents or your data, and we do not use them to advertise to you.
What stays on your own device
Your recent extractions and whatever you have typed into the Legal Document Writer are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Third-party services
To provide the service we use third-party AI providers to read documents and generate drafts. Your content is processed by them for that purpose and is subject to their own terms.
Sensitive information
Please share only what a document actually requires. Avoid entering identity numbers or other sensitive details unless the document genuinely needs them.
Any unused amount in your TypeDeskAI wallet belongs to you. To request a refund, write to contact@durvaai.com from your registered contact. After verification, the amount is returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days. There is no waiting period for requesting a refund.
What is not refundable
Amounts already consumed are not refundable.
Payment gateway charges applicable to the refund may be deducted.
If a document or an extraction fails through a fault on our side, the amount for that attempt is returned to your wallet automatically — you do not need to ask.
Repeated deposits and refunds
If an account shows a repeated pattern of deposits and refunds that is not consistent with normal use of the service, we may review that account and reserve the right to take appropriate action.
Validity of unused balance
Wallet balance stays valid for 12 months from your last use of the service — each time you use the service, this period starts afresh.
This 12-month validity applies only where an account has remained inactive and no refund has been requested. It does not delay or affect a refund you ask for.
Dissatisfaction with a draft
Every document is generated on demand and is a draft meant for your advocate to refine, so an amount cannot be refunded merely because a draft needed editing. If a draft is materially wrong or unusable, write to us and we will look at it individually.
Contact us
We read every message. For support, billing, refunds, privacy, or a document that did not come out right — write to us and tell us what happened.
Please mention which service you were using (Image OCR, Kruti Dev Converter, Kruti Dev → English, or Legal Document Writer), what you expected, and what actually happened. If a document came out wrong, a screenshot helps a great deal.
